HTI Technology Announces the Formation of Global Point Sourcing Solutions
[LA VERGNE, Tennessee, U.S.A.] – April 6, 2023 – HTI Technology today announces the formation of the Global Point Sourcing Solutions (GPSS), which encompasses the brand portfolio of HTI Technology, Klauber Machine & Gear Co (KMG), American Control Electronics (ACE), and Global Point Sourcing Solutions (GPSS). The company is headquartered in La Vergne, Tennessee located just south of Nashville.
Global Point Technology Group (GPTG) provides technology, manufacturing, and sourcing solutions to a wide range of industries. Our expertise is in mechatronics which includes motors, gearing, controls and interfaces, as well as custom engineered components for OEM products. The GPTG is made up of three business segments: Mechanical Group, Electrical Group, and Global Sourcing Group.
The Mechanical Group is comprised of HTI Technology, a global company that designs and produces mechatronics and other motorized assemblies designed to meet their customers’ applications, and Klauber Machine & Gear Co (KMG), a company focused on designing and manufacturing fractional horsepower gear motors, gears, and other related components.

The Global Sourcing Group, recently created as Global Point Sourcing Solutions (GPSS), is comprised of Global Point Technology USA, Solid Rock, Asia Sourcing Corp, and TRU-Vu Monitors. GPSS provides full supply chain solutions and custom engineered components with more than 40 years experience.
Industry veteran David Nussear, CEO, leads GPTG. He brings 25+ years of industry experience and formerly served as the President and CEO at Bluffton Motor.
